Volumetric Dispensing and Spray Valves – VDV-25 and VDV-25-S
The VDV-25 dispensing valve is used for exact dispensing of low and high-viscosity media. The valve is characterised by its high level of precision and accuracy.
These valves are electronically actuated using an electromagnetic coil to open and shut the valve instead of opening pneumatically. This allows the valves to operate at a frequency of up to 200 times a second. Making them ideal for fast moving packaging or converting.
Pneumatically controlled spray valve. Suitable for spraying release agents, oils, colours, etc… Also in version MFS/KLS available. Nozzle and needle: stainless steel. Available nozzle dimensions: 0,2; 0,3; 0,5; 0,8; 1,0; 1,2; 1,5; 2,0; 2,5 mm ø. Flatspray or roundspray pattern depending on aircap.
