The spray valves are fed from a pressure pot attached to a manifold which houses the controls and connections. The systems are modular so that various sizes of pressure pot up to 40 litres and up to 5 spray nozzles can be attached.
The systems can be supplied to give individual control for each nozzle.
For larger systems, pressure pots can be automatically refilled from a bulk container.
The SD3 is similar in performance to the SD4. The body incorporates integral throttles for adjusting the volume of spray air and oil that is sprayed. This is ideal when balancing a bank of valves to give equal volumes and performance.
By using different attachments, the spray pattern and the spraying angle can be altered.
The SD4 is suitable for the widest range of requirements. The system is based on a coaxial spraying head which generates a round jet with a 5° spraying angle. Using special accessories, a range of different spray patterns and spraying angles can be generated for practically any type of application.
Due to its extremely small size, (13mm diameter) the coaxial spraying heads only require a small space to be installed into. They can be extended with a flexible attachment for spraying areas which are difficult to access.
The coaxial spraying head concentrates the spray pattern into a precise, directionally-stable and haze-free jet.
By using different attachments, the spray pattern and the spraying angle can be altered.
