  PUR Cartridge Spray Gun TR80

  The TR 80 Hot Melt and Distillate Spray Gun System consists of the TR 80 gun and the stand on which the gun may be deposited.

  The TR 80 Cartridge Hot-Spray-System is capable of spraying melting glues contained in 310 ml aluminium cartridges. The TR 80 has considerable advantages: It works with 310 ml aluminium cartridges. The appropriate nozzle is screwed with the adapter an to the aluminium cartridge, thus enabling quick cartridge change. The TR 80 Cartridge gun can spray PUR melting glues. PUR melting glues distinguish themselves by an extremely high thermal stability.

  The regulator for the compressed air and the manometer scale are integrated into the stand. The precise adjustment of the compressed air ensures an optimum and accurate application of the adhesives. Material air and spray air are separately adjusted. You may work without interruption since the spray air is heated in the gun, thus preventing the glue from cooling down during its application.

  Pneumatic Heavy Duty Glue Gun TR.50.5

  The glue gun TR.50.5 works with melting glues of high and low viscosities in granulate and stick forms. You adjust the desired temperature between approx. 170 and 190°C; so you always operate at the temperature prescribed for the glue. The electronic temperature control is integrated in the handle for easy operation. It provides for the optimum operating temperature simultaneously ensuring a careful handling of the material to be glued. The electronic system responds to the slightest deviation. Due to the extraordinarily low weight and the balance within the instrument the work is not tiring and your wrist will not be strained.

  Accessories

  The TR 50.5 will become light as a feather when you fix it by a balancer. A stationary stand on which you may deposit the gun and the foot-switch are helpful when you are gluing small parts. Both hands are free for an even more productive procedure.   The TR 700 cartridge gun applies hot melt adhesives from 310 ml aluminium cartridges in dots, beads, or other standard nozzle forms.

  The TR 700 has considerable advantages: It works with 310 ml aluminium cartridges. The appropriate nozzle is screwed with the adapter on to the aluminium cartridge, thus enabling quick cartridge change.

  The TR 700 is capable of working with PUR hot melt. PUR HMs distinguish themselves by an extremely high thermal stability. Due to the light weight (1100 g) and balanced design working with the appliance is not tiring and your wrist will not be strained.
