  Hot Melt Spray Heavy Duty Glue Gun TR60

  The TR 60 Hot Melt and Distillate Spray Gun System consists of the TR 60 gun and the stand on which the gun may be deposited.

  Melting and pressure-sensitive glues can be dispensed from the smallest points of approx. 0,1 g to 100 m long and 2 – 150mm wide normal jetting patterns, extremely thin or millimeters thick. The control of the compressed air and the manometer are integrated in the stand. Precise adjustment of the compressed air ensures an optimum and accurate application of the glue. The adjusted air pressure can always be checked at the indication of the manometer. The electronic temperature control is integrated in the handle for easy operation. You adjust the optimum temperature for the selected glue from approx. 50 to 210°C. The electronic temperature control ensures an optimum operating temperature, simultaneously providing a careful handling of the material to be glued. The electronic system responds to the slightest deviation.
  Spraying glues has many advantages.

  The glue can be dispensed on difficult, inaccessible spots without any problem. Using pressure-sensitive glues you achieve a permanent application with unlimited open times (which so far could only be obtained by double-faced adhesive tapes). When applying or spraying melting and pressure-sensitive glues no solvents detrimental to health are released.   MS200LCD Heavy Duty Industrial Glue Gun

  The new MS 200.LCD hotmelt gun with digital temperature display and precise temperature control.

  With the MS 200.LCD all kinds of regular hot-melt can be worked with: Granulates, pillows and 43 mm sticks/slugs.

  You only need a power supply and because of the powerful heater the applicator is ready to glue within minutes. Thanks to the electronic temperature control it processes your hot-melt at a precise temperature. The integrated temperature display makes setting, temporary lowering or increasing of the application temperature an absolute breeze. The applicator is turned on and switched off with a rocker switch.

  This glue gun for professionals is made for demanding applications. The temperature range is 30 – 205 °C (85 – 405 °F) and can be set in one-degree increments and held accurately.

  That’s why the MS 200.LCD is perfect for material with a particular low melting point like wax or temperature-sensitive hot-melts like polyamide.

  Improvements like the comfort locking and the anti-clog lid make the MS 200.LCD fully equipped to handle even dusty and rough working environments.

  The magnet foot of the MS 200-series helps putting the glue gun down and picking it back up again and is a real time-saver. With accessories like the extensive nozzle range or the new stand for storing the MS 200.LCD will suit your application.

  MS200 Heavy Duty Industrial Glue Gun

  The MS 200 applies hot-melt in the form of 43mm slugs, granules and pillows. It does not require compressed air and with 600 Watts power it is ready to go in 5 minutes. Application temperature is adjustable up to 200 deg. C

  A unique ergonomic shape and an adjustable trigger enables the user to work comfortably and without fatigue.

  An integrated magnetic foot provides a stable base on magnetic surfaces.

  The TR 70 has considerable advantages: It works with 310 ml aluminium cartridges. The appropriate nozzle is screwed with the adapter an to the aluminium cartridge, thus enabling quick cartridge change. The TR 70.3 is capable of working with PUR hot melts. PUR HMs distinguish themselves by an extremely high thermal stability. The electronic temperature control is integrated into the handle for easy operation.
