PUR Cartridge Spray Gun TR80

The TR 80 Hot Melt and Distillate Spray Gun System consists of the TR 80 gun and the stand on which the gun may be deposited.

The TR 80 Cartridge Hot-Spray-System is capable of spraying melting glues contained in 310 ml aluminium cartridges. The TR 80 has considerable advantages: It works with 310 ml aluminium cartridges. The appropriate nozzle is screwed with the adapter an to the aluminium cartridge, thus enabling quick cartridge change. The TR 80 Cartridge gun can spray PUR melting glues. PUR melting glues distinguish themselves by an extremely high thermal stability.

The regulator for the compressed air and the manometer scale are integrated into the stand. The precise adjustment of the compressed air ensures an optimum and accurate application of the adhesives. Material air and spray air are separately adjusted. You may work without interruption since the spray air is heated in the gun, thus preventing the glue from cooling down during its application.

Thanks to the variety of accessories available you can design an appliance adapted to your individual requirements.
